There are no additional shipping or delivery fees, as all of our products are covered by FREE delivery and shipping!

You sure can! Once our customer care team gets in touch with you to arrange your delivery, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery time, taking into account the availability of the product in the city to be delivered.
Once the order is placed successfully, the customer care team will contact you to confirm the delivery date and address, the delivery time may takes between three to fourteen working days. In the event that there is no response after three attempts to communicate, the request will be canceled.
We understand that some products need a time to arrange a place of their installation. Therefore, we offer the service of storing the product until its delivery for a maximum period of three months from the date of the order, as the company entitled to demand re-stocking fees equivalent to 5% of the value of the product that has not been delivered for each additional month after the lapse of three months from the date of purchase in the event that the customer does not wish to receive it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase on all electronic products. Please visit the nearest customer care center to deliver the damaged product to the customer care team, to obtain the service center report, and proceed with the repair or replacement process, after the service center diagnoses.
Purchases made with a credit card are refunded through the bank, and the process may take up to 14 working days, depending on the customer’s bank, and the amount cannot be refunded in cash.
In case of exchange or return, the product must be in the same original condition when purchased, accompanied by all accessories and product manuals.
In the event of misuse of the product, we will inform you according to an official report issued by the service center, and we will inform you of the repair cost accordingly.
